Delivery and Shipping

IMPORTANT FOR UK CUSTOMERS:

We do offer FEDEX Shipment to the UK. Please contact our Customer Service on shop@oilily.com if you have questions about your order or other related questions. Find a FAQ for shipments to the UK at the bottom of this page.

PLEASE NOTE:

Since UK is no longer part of EU, taxes and duties must be paid on all international orders.

We will take over the duties costs except the taxes (VAT) and Fees.

The advancement fees are for the customers themselves, that is always GBP 12.75 these are costs that Fedex incurs to clear the goods and what UK residents have to pay themselves.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

Your package will be delivered after your payment- invoice taxes and duties from Fedex. Fedex will send you the invoice by email. The carrier will deliver between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays. If you are not around to accept the delivery of your parcel, the courier will try to deliver the parcel at your neighbours and will inform you by leaving a note in your mailbox. Alternatively, the carrier will try two times more to deliver your order. In case there has been no contact with the carrier, the parcel will be sent back to Oilily’s warehouse. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

If, for any reason, a product is not deliverable within 30 days, we will communicate this to you. In this case, you have the right to cancel the order without additional costs and will receive a refund of the earlier paid amount.

Oilily is not liable for possible damage to a parcel that has been delivered elsewhere than the delivery address specified by you.

Please note that during busy periods (e.g. sale or Holidays) the delivery of the order can take longer.

We do not deliver parcels to PO Box/ Packstation addresses.

*For the United States of America, there is a maximum order value of €650 per order.

When shipping to an address within the EU, all relevant duties and local taxes at the time of purchase are included in the price.

For shipments to countries outside the EU, other taxes, import and/or export duties may apply. These are charged once your package reaches the buyer's country and are the responsibility of the package recipient.

Delivery to a different address

You can use a different billing and shipping address if you wish. Please indicate this at the check-out or your account details. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

Order status

After finishing the checkout process, an email will be send to your email address. This is the confirmation of your order. As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will be notified by a second e-mail. Click on the button ‘View your order’ to visit the page with more information. To track your parcel, click on ‘Follow shipment’ on that same page.

Cancellation policy

Unfortunately it is not possible to make changes to or cancel a placed order, when you have received the order confirmation. Naturally it is always possible to return the received items. Go to Return Policy to find more information about Oilily’s return policy.
