All measurements are in centimeters. Measure all around the body and find the right size below.

Women

Chest: Measure directly under the arms at the widest part of the chest.
Waist: Measure the narrowest part of the waist, just above the belly button.
Hip: Measure the hips at the widest part.
Inside leg: Measure the leg on the inside of the crotch to the ground.

Arm: Measure from the shoulder to the wrist.
