Withdraw Order
At Oilily, we believe an order is only complete when you're fully satisfied with your items. That’s why we offer the option to cancel your order.
Please note that we will check whether your package can still be pulled from the shipping process, but cannot guarantee it.
- If we manage to stop it, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation from us and we will arrange the refund.
- If the package has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to stop the shipment. In that case, you will receive the shipping confirmation and you can still return the order as per our return policy.
